The secret of Upstairs lies in the source; every dish we create incorporates elements from the Caribbean Sea. We offer our menu composed of the very best of everything that we can possibly find in Cayman, presented honestly.
Upstairs at Kaibo is the dining experience everyone will remember, set on the picture perfect sea-view veranda of our old plantation house. The sights, smells, and sounds we appreciate, in beautiful Rum Point area, are inspiration for the menu and part of the experience we share with our guests. The romance of the Caribbean days gone by, combined with the fresh exciting approach to presenting local ingredients in a new way is what makes Upstairs a unique experience.
At the end of the day, no matter how serious we may take our work; this is about celebration and enjoyment. We welcome you as if it were in a good friend’s Caribbean beach house.
